If you have to lift heavy items for work, for example, you might have gotten injured because of all of the heavy lifting that you have been having to do. You might have injured your back by lifting heavy furniture in the wrong way when moving, as another example. When you suffer from back pain, you should see your doctor immediately and avoid lifting until you have been cleared to do so by your doctor. In the future, make sure that you don't try to lift overly heavy items by yourself, and make sure that you use proper lifting techniques. For example, to save your back, you should try to lift with your knees instead of your back.

Overworking Yourself

If you have been exercising lately, you might be feeling pretty good about the fact that you have been working out for good health. However, if you are suffering from back pain, you might have overworked yourself. Work with your doctor, allow yourself time to heal, and make sure that you don't overwork yourself when working out in the future.
